Possibilities of cost reduction of line structures
Netušilová, Tereza ; Studený, Jiří (referee) ; Aigel, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the possibilities of cost reduction of line structures. Theoretical part is devoted to the topic of price, budget and investor costs during the construction. Practical part contains alternative possibilities of substitution of particular parts of line structures, including practical examples.
NEW APPROCHES FOR SECURING SAFE WORKING METHODS ON CONSTRUCTION SITES AND PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTIES DURING CONSTRUCTION
Vlčková, Jitka Laura ; Šuhajda, Karel (referee) ; Svoboda,, Pavel (referee) ; Henková, Svatava (advisor)
Safety and protection of health on construction sites and protection of third parties during construction is a complex problem. It is affected by contractor’s policy on ensuring thorough abidance to security requirements but, in the first place it is affected by submitters and their irresponsible appreach to protection of life and health of the construction workers. They believe that ensuring safe work enviroment would reset in increased cosi of the construction. This doctoral thesis answers the question how to guarantee safety on construction sites. The main purpose is to show that early detection of risks does not increase the construction costs but ensures safety of workers protection of third parties. Finally, the doctoral thesis provils methodology, which guides the contractor in how to proceed in order to meet the budget, schedule and safety requirements. In regard of the variety of different construction sites and works this docáral thesis focuses explicitly on line constructions.
Information System of Line Projects
Němeček, Petr ; Lukáš, Roman (referee) ; Techet, Jiří (advisor)
An information system of line project supervision deals with a part of common project management problems. We can also understand this thesis as a helpful step towards a better use of information technology by the project management staff during the management of extensive line projects. The program solution, which is the output of this thesis, aims to create a software support for project management, especially for the supervising team during preparation, realization and also evaluation of line project stages.
Analysis of costs and prices of linear structures
Vacková, Veronika ; Výskala, Miloslav (referee) ; Aigel, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the topic of linear structures – roads (highways). The theoretical part of this thesis explains the basic concepts like price, construction budget, costs, linear structures, also history of linear structures and sorts of substructures and wearing courses of roads. The practical part deals with compilation of two itemized budgets by road construction set and evaluation of this budgets by set criteria at the end of the practical part.
Modern approaches to designing electrical equipment with a focus on railway construction
Forejtník, Jan ; Pěcha, Jiří (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
The topic Modern Approaches to Designing Electrical Equipment with a Focus on Railway Construction responds to the decision of the Government of the Czech Republic to introduce the BIM method for government over-the-counter contracts from 1 January 2022. The government evaluated the BIM method as an effective tool for digitizing the construction industry. The diploma thesis deals with the method of designing high-current equipment, technologies and distribution on railways according to this new method. The work summarizes information about the present method of design, used high-current electrical equipment on the railway, the near and distant future of railway operation, the organization of administration and maintenance of equipment. It discusses the principle of the BIM method and basic software solutions supporting design activities according to this new method. The Promis.e software published by Bentley is also described in detail, which supports the design of electrical equipment for linear structures according to this method. The BIM method is a means of fulfilling the essence of Construction 4.0. It uses uniform data formats, a common data environment, working with non-graphic information. In the second part of the diploma thesis, the drawing documentation for the sample project of high-current distribution of the railway station was prepared. It was first created using AutoCAD software. After that, the sample project demonstrates the basic principles of the BIM method using Promis.e software. Furthermore, this project is evaluated, both methods of design are compared. The procedure of introducing the BIM method for the design of electrical equipment in a specific design company is proposed and other possible steps in working with the Promis.e software are discussed. The way of creating a and adding element libraries is described. At the end of the diploma thesis it is stated that to successfully master the design work according to the BIM method, it is necessary to have experience with design work in the field, know the principles of the BIM method, choose a suitable software solution, continuously and thoroughly manage these tools and train staff. Under these conditions, it will be possible to make full use of the potential of the BIM method.
Legal principle of superficies solo cedit and its significance in land law
Humenná, Katarína ; Franková, Martina (advisor) ; Žákovská, Karolina (referee)
The topic of the diploma thesis is the legal principle superficies solo cedit and its return into the Czech law. The main aim of this thesis was to give a comprehensive view of this issue, especially how the return of the principle has changed land law relations. The first part of the thesis describe the division of the law to private law and public law. The first part is followed by the historical excursion which describes how the principle originated and how and whether it was part of the legal order in the past. The next chapters of the thesis are the main part of the work and describes the principle in todays law. Firstly the incorporation of the principle into the Civil Code is described and then individual paragraphs governing the principle follows. The definition of the basic terms as land, construction and temporary construction which are used by Civil Code but not described in it are the topic of next chapter. Next, relatively extensive chapter named line constructions describes exceptions to the principle. The basic definition of exceptions can be found in the Civil Code but more detailed regulation is contained in public acts, therefore private and public law is intertwined in this area. Easements to real estate, historical development of its legislation and today's legislation in this...
Linear transport structures as a landscape element
Valehrach, Jan ; Svoboda, Richard ; Hubáčková, Dana
Traffic arteries have accompanied man since the dawn of the ages. Roads and railway tracks create lines throughout the landscape. They even left their footprints long after the traffic connection starts to wane or disappears altogether. The landscape is left with the formations that nature eventually takes back, yet still, the spatial orientation of villages indicates its determination by the construction around roads, and the directions of streets still are linked to the roads running out of the towns into the surrounding settlements. Linear structures are generally considered a negative element in the landscape. They divide the landscape, create obstacles and leave a permanent scar. In a similar way, this could be also noted in human perception: railway lines and busy roads are obstacles that divide human settlements or prevent them from developing spatially. On the other hand, these artificial lines are an important landscape feature. Alleys are growing along roads, green belts are appearing in our intensively farmed landscape, often providing the only shelter for animals. Unexpectedly, some oklf today's protected areas have even been created as a result of past intrusions into the landscape. It is therefore important to look at transport structures from multiple angles, to work with their layout and impact on the landscape. The ambition of this article is not to provide the reader with any fundamental or ground-breaking information, but rather to stimulate reflection on both the negative impact of transport structures on the landscape and, in particular, the undeniable positives that are often overlooked when evaluating them.
Porovnání araneofauny dutin ovocných dřevin v okolí liniových staveb v Brně - Obřany a Rohozná
Boučková, Monika
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to determine the number of spiders in the cavities of fruit alley trees around the line structures (path, roads). I chose two localities, one made of fruit and the other leafy trees, which I then compare. I caught the spiders in the news traps during the 2014/2015 period every month. I found a total of 163 spiders, of which only 5 were adult. I found these adults in the summer months in a different kind of representation. The most numerous of them is the family Salticidae represented by 2 pieces. Juvenile individuals were the most represented by the families of Philodromidae. These species I discovered 61 predominantly on Malus domestica. Keywords: spiders, trees, cavities, line structures, adult, juvenile
